According to my friend Wiki, Iranian cuisine comprises the cooking traditions of Iran. The term Persian cuisine is also used, even though the Persians are only one of Iran's native ethnic groups that have contributed to the culinary culture. Alright. Are you tired of going to legit "Persian" restaurants in Manila just to find a menu full of kebabs? Pars Persian is in Cauayan City with pages of authentic, family recipes for traditional Persian dishes and stews. Happy to have found this restaurant, probably the best Persian food in the Region offering excellent kebabs. One can't go wrong when dining at Pars Persian. They've got delicious food at reasonable price. The meat is juicy as it's supposed to be not over cooked. The rose drink is a must try. The true test of any Persian restaurant is its kebabs. I have experienced the meltingly soft and sweet grilled tomatoes and onions, very tender beef kebab, and more of their menu (I can't name all *identity crisis* since I am very full at that moment) and of course, good service. Pars Persian does an excellent job of taking a popular cuisine and making it modern and in for millenials. Friendly reminder: Be sure to spring for a pot of tea.

These are what Persian Foods are all about. Authentic kebabs in the city of Cauayan! It was my first time trying Persian foods. By looking at the creations of a Persian Chef makes you eat them instantly. The way it looks on those foods makes everyone salivate. It didn't disappoint us at all. Don't forget to try Rose lemonade. - one of a kind! Their yogurt smoothies are to try for! #lyrasfoodiary #nortebloggers #localguides #gbgisbela #wheretoeatincauayan #gmaps
The platters and salads are AWESOME! Great value for the price!
Probably the only Persian restaurant in the region. It's a good thing , they are authentic as they come. Owned and managed by a couple from Mid East, this place is cozy and a friendly place for children and family. Also suitable for dates and company lunch. Food is superb and meticulously presented. Easy on the tongue as it is tasty ,rich and flavorful. Even first timer would love it. They also have kid friendly menu.
Was in love with this place. Coming from UK I was on a hunt for good food. I found this place and was stunned with how good the food was. It was authentic
