What a wonderful experience! I was a first time diver. I had sent an email in regards to some questions about the service and was immediately replied to. Upon arrival and a few minutes in the building they recognized me from my email. Once I was there I had a few more questions to ask and they were so friendly and patient with the questions and very instructive. Once I was geared up and ready for my dive. Entering the water was quite the experience for sure! I had a great instructor with me and once again very patient as I was a bit hesitant about the breathing through the regulator. She took me under water and went through a few safety exercises and made certain that I was ready to take off through the water. All in all it was an absolute pleasure! I give these guys 5 stars all of the way! I would love to come back for some more! Thank you guys for the great hospitality, patience, and instructions! It was a great time! Thanks again!

very disappointing to this dive center. had diving course one year before but haven’t receive the physical card until now and the temporary card already expired for looooong time.tried to contact the owner of the dive center and instructor again and again this year, they just let me go to ask the PADI by myself or let me use the temporary card (come on,the temporary card expired in 3 months )and i’ve told them many times i haven’t received the physical card but they just pretended they know nothing about that.

Amazing dive experience with Alberto! He was professional and knowledgeable. Left by 9 and were back by 2 with a total of 2 dives. We were lucky enough to dive with a tornado of jackfish and 5 or 6 turtles at Balicasag Island.

Absolutely yes! These guys are the best professionals in the area. They will take you to the best spots. Well worth it.

We went for snorkeling tour and places we visited (reefs and turtle spots) were amazing, but service provided could be better. We were only two non-Spanish people of the snorkel group, so our Spanish guide didn’t care about us too much. She was explaining the rules mostly in Spanish to other guests and then was unpleasant when we didn’t follow them (as we did not understand anything). Later, during our last stop, she was diving and having fun rather than keeping the group together. Sometimes we had problems to find her due to wavy waters, which was quite stressful as the boat was far away already and we did not know where the pickup point was. To sum up, we didn’t feel welcomed on the boat. If you are not Spanish (or speak Spanish), we recommend to walk around and ask for better prices and service (in other diving center we had 40% cheaper snorkeling tour the previous day with friendly guides, but different locations).

If you're searching for a good diving school, this is the best one you can choose. Our instructor, Alex, was really good but most importantly he was really funny. He explained everything very well, was available for questions and really patient. You could take your time and were not rushed through everything. We enjoyed our time there and can really recommend that place! :)

We are very luck, go with Piratas Alona Dive Center. They have good service and good diving instructor. We had dived for 3 whole day with 9 dive. To our surprise, we see a wildlife, whale shark. Everything is perfect! We all enjoy it. We come back in the next time!
