Rude person in charge. He's just a solo staff, therefore I had to wait 3 hours. Furthermore, this staff answers as if he's not at all happy to get customers. If I could, I'll give zero stars. Super rude. Never going here again. My dog says no as well.

Life saver! If you want to go out of town and you don't have someone to leave your dog with, this place is also a boarding house for dogs and you can leave your dog here and enjoy your trip! You may bring your dog's food or buy dog food in Pampermi. They also do very neat in grooming. When I got my dog, he smells so nice and came out very gwapo.
Pet shop if gusto nio grooming pet nio bring it here. Puede din temporary boarding or day care ng pets nio if me lakad kau.

Yung place sobrang init walang AC. Yung bantay chaka naggugroom parang di talaga certified stylist parang walang amor sa pets and di alam gagawin. Disaster nangyari sa pag groom instead na marelax yung pet. We requested na round yung trim sa may bandang ilong pero naging triangle na ewan. Bad experience for my first pet.
