Wonderful, wonderful Cathedral. The altar is incredible!!! What an outstanding architecture and interior. The main door/entrance is magnificent that it made me tell my company's Operations Director the story of the Baptistry door of the Cathedral in Florence made by Lorenzo Ghiberti which is so beautiful that Michelangelo declared the Ghiberti door worthy of the Gates of Paradise. A beautiful place to worship the Creator.

A symbol of Hope after rising from devastation of Typhoon Yolanda. A memorial dedicated to those who perish is located outside the church. The beautiful image of our Lady is inside a special chapel where one can pray and feel the comforting touch of hope.

As a Yolanda survivor, this place filled me with sadness, but most importantly, it gave me solace and feeling of hope. It reminds me that during trials and tribulations, we are not alone. Someone will be there for us, and ready to help in times of need. May the souls of the Typhoon Yolanda victims find peace in heaven. You will always be remembered.
