Very delayed, bad quality installation (experienced a lot of delay because they had to replace their glass which had the wrong dimensions, this is given that they were the ones who went on site to measure), bad coordination between sales rep and installer. The delivery date and installation date weren't the same, so the glass just sat on site for days before they could install. You have to follow up just to get updates on the delivery date and installation date. We even had to go to their office to complain about the delay before something was done. Note: Our client paid for the glass on February, they promised the glass will be delivered and installed after 15 working days. They only finished installation on April. 3 months duration just for 2 shower enclosures and a few graphicote panels. The quality of their products is good, but I hope that they can improve on their customer service and deliver on time and install well.
