If you've been and loved Nara, Japan Ocampo deer farm is the closest thing to it. Interact among hundreds of domesticated Rusa deer . What's more amazing is that it's free. The down side is that it's hard to visit it if you don't have a car.

If you want a one and one encounter with the Deers, try this unique experience. It was fun, though the road getting there is challenging, it is still worthwhile. No entrance fee.

Its worth a try but you definitely need to make time for this, and there is no other amenities or places to go near the deer farm, all you got to see is just deer as what you expect. The animals are kind and you can touch them. You can go next to the strawberry farm but it depends on the season, and you need to walk to get in there.

It was such a good visit though the farm was closed due to pandemic. If it's possible, I would like to suggest if they can widen the road to accomodate counterflow.

Beautiful place, very serene and it feels as though you’re transported to another country. There are a lot of deers in the area and while they all look fluffy and ready to cuddle, its best to let them come to you rather than disturb whatever they are doing. You are allowed to touch them, but if they start to move away its best to let them do so

Free entry just need to offer donations. A great way to just be amongst wildlife. Need a car to go to as it's a bit off the beaten track. Great views!

Free entrance!!! BUT after I register our names , one of the care taker ask for voluntary donation, though there is a sign that says NO DONATIONS. the deers are adorable and friendly. Don't show them any food coz they'll go for it.
