Horrible dirty and disorganized place. A massage place is supposed to have a relaxing ambiance but this place doesn’t! When they wash your feet you can see right across you a rice cooker and empty juice/water bottles, such an eye sore! Also their furnitures seems dated and old. CR is dirty and the toilet flush isn’t working. Then when you get massaged, you’re put to a room that is too dark to see - impossible to tell if the floor is even clean or if the bed sheets are changed/cleaned. As to the massage, it seemed clumsy and not worth the value. They have an inefficient system of making the customer wait so they would leave you multiple times during the session. I do not recommend this place and please avoid as much as you can!

Our first and last time. The place doesn't smell and look clean. The bedsheet, the pillow case and most especially the towels smells and feels like it has been used by several customers already. The one towel used to wipe off the oil from our limbs were damp and has this ewwie feel to it. By the time we got out of the spa, we felt itchiness all over our bodies. As of writing this feedback and after taking a long bath we can still feel our skins itch and discovered some rashes on the same spots that the same nasty towel was wiped on.

Nuat thai has been known for having the worse therapists. I've been several branches just to see which one could be better. If there's one thing they are consistent of is the fast paced massages, the lets-just-get-it-over massages and the way they thrust your extremities during the session. Would be going to any of these massage places and i am being gracious enough to even give them a 1 star rating. Not relaxing, you'll be leaving even more stressed out and sore. A waste of money and your time.

The combination of massage is nice but the matress being used is laid on the floor hence it is difficult to stand up. Also, it does not have any hole or opening for the face areavwhilebyou are faced down and the pillow case and bedsheet does not smell fresh. Moreover, the water used to wash the feet before the massage session is too cold. For the two sessions that I had there, the theraphist assigned to me did different procedures or massage techniques; one lacked two procedures to complete the combination of massage techniques for aroma theraphy.
