The transactions are smooth and fast. Better to make online and payment before going here. There's someone offering for online appointment for 50 pesos plus 175 for Nbi payment But if you pay through gcash it's 170 peso

Been here just today. Sobrang ayos ng service. Yes mahaba ang pila pero di ka mababagot dahil all staff are quick and prompt. FYI: They have new policy, no renewal for now to fully correct your details. So need to apply for a new one instead. No need to set an appointment online by yourself and wait too long for the date. They have a designated booth in front of the office for online registration and you'll be assisted by a third party. You just have to pay P175 for clearance and P50 service fee so P225 total. Then you can go ahead and get in for biometrics and signature. If NO HIT with your name, you can claim it right away. But if there is a HIT, need to wait ONE WEEK only to claim it.

Absolutely Customer friendly and Fast process. I went for renewal at around 10:00 am, lots of crowd but the process and instruction are well organized. Line moves quick, staff are courteous and friendly too. In less than an hour, i got my Clearance renewed copy. Just bring one valid government ID plus your old clearance and 130 pesos for renewal, two valid IDs for new clearance. Great Job Shaw Mall Branch.. ️️

I went an hour early for my online appointment and then when i arrived, they said that their internet system is done. And i was referred to another nbi office. Waste of time and money for transport. They should have a notice or an email saying that their office is not available on the said dates.

Foreigners must go to the main Taft office not this one but there is no way to know that until you have paid your money and arrived at the office already
