It's good that you can renew and file forms online but you'll still going to fall in a looooonnnggg line once you get here. The same line that caters on new applicants and people who filed online is the same, so filing online is virtually useless. You'll be asked to have your picture taken but for this to be processed, you'll need to fall in line the same with people who will start their application on site, so it's the same thing even if you already paid all the fees online. So disappointing. In my case, the line is too long that it spanned from the top floor all the way to the ground.

Everything is well coordinated. Transaction went smoothly, it was all done in about 15mins, my certificate was handed down right away. Just remember to get your appointment online and pay the fee before it expires. Otherwise...you're wasting your time. Walk-ins are NOT entertained.

I thought when you had your application online, your NBI will be released the same day but no. And you also have to fall in long line before you can be entertained.
