may reklamo lang po ako kay Crisanto Cabalquinto, kasi binayadan na namin ang birth certificate nang anak ko pero hindi pala ibinayad. dalawang taon na kami nag hihintay wala naman daw file sabi sa city hall. paki check naman po pangalan ko Quenie A Arenas
