I brought my Lenovo laptop last Nov. 3 for repair because the display was not working. They told me that it will take them at least 3 weeks to a month before they can repair the LCD monitor. I texted them yesterday to confirm if I could already pick up my laptop next Wednesday (because that would be exactly 3 weeks after I brought the laptop). But they told me that my laptop does not have any issue at all and that it was working just fine and that I could already pick it up from their office. They could have informed me sooner because I've been using it for WFH. Worse, I found out that they have been using my laptop with a lot of programs installed (Zoom, Epson printer, USB drives) for personal use.
