My daughter and myself have been going to Affinity Alabang in the last few years. We're very happy with our dentist. The reason I'm giving a 3 star review because, during this pandemic they're charging a 1k PPE/disinfectant fee (eye cover, gloves, pen) which I think is very expensive and I feel is also opportunistic. I have booked today's appointment last Oct. 27 but they only told me about the fee this morning Nov 5. They advised me that this charge is as per their pandemic protocol as per their management. I cancelled my appointment this afternoon because of this charge.

I wouldn't usually write a review after going to the dentist but after my visit to Affinity Dental Clinics Alabang last week I feel I must. I had a check up and an oral prophylaxis and the sheer professionalism carried out by the dentist Richelle Ramirez was of the highest standard I have ever come across. The advice she gave was beyond my expectation and the actual clean itself was just incredible. She is the best dentist ever!

Affinity Dental Clinics Alabang is conveniently located in the quiet and exclusive enclave of Westgate. You don't have to go to Makati or BGC anymore to have great dental care. Affinity Dental Clinics Alabang delivers the highest quality treatments and services to its patients in the south. The clinic is not typical. It is modern, beautiful and clean. If you value privacy , the treatment rooms of the clinic are private. The room is all yours! The floor to ceiling windows is a bonus specially for anxious and claustrophobic patients. Digital x-rays are available at the clinic. You don't need to leave and go out to get one. If you are having a root canal, you will certainly appreciate that you dont have to get up everytime they need to take an x-ray or wait until the xray is processed. Periapical xray's are done chairside and done instantly allowing your dentist to proceed with great care while doing your root canals. You will also appreciate the infection control standards, staff are all dressed in proper protective equipment (new gloves, masks and head caps) and instruments are sterilized in pouches that are opened right in front of you before the procedure. Best of all, you will love the dentists and staff. They are impeccably trained, overflowing with warmth and genuine care for you as their patient. It is truly a wonderful place and experience!

Visited the Affinity Dental Clinic in Alabang for the first time to get a routine cleaning and everything went splendidly. From the warm welcome of their secretary, Vanessa to the chic waiting room to the easy breezy cleaning of Doc. Carla - everything was perfect! They have a television set up so you can watch Netflix while you wait in the chair during your cleaning or treatment so you do not even notice time flying by. I needed to have fillings done to some of my teeth that day as well and Doc. Carla performed everything quickly and accurately making sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this clinic to any one in the area who needs their treated with TLC. Will definitely be returning!

My kids are terrified of dentists!!! I don't know how many Moms like me share the same struggle. Googled for nearby clinics in our neighborhood. Several came up but didn't want to really go all the way to Filinvest or Asian Hospital. Traffic is terrible in that area. I saw a couple of clinics in Westgate and decided to go there instead. Lots of parking but not crowded! As soon as the elevators opened, I saw Affinity. It didn't look like a scary dental clinic!!! It was lovely and charming. I didn't even had to drag my kids to go in. As soon as we entered, the dentists and nurses were so welcoming that my kids didn't even realize they were gonna be their dentists. They spoke to my kids like they knew them and my kids just loved them. They sure know how to handle children! My kids felt so comfortable with them that I never had issues with going to the dentist ever again! Thank you!!! Am one very happy Mom!!! See you again soon! Ciao!
