Agent barely answers calls/ texts. I confirmed the number on his calling card twice. It has been 3 days since i sent a message and called. The least you could do is tell me you'd get back to me. I went with a company who charges 40% more for the work done. At least I feel valued. Customer service sucks. This threw me off even before we had them install anything.
