I was surprised to see mixed feedback for Moto Italia. Yes, the showroom staff could be more enthusiastic but they're super nice and answer all questions patiently. They're also not pushing you to make a decision on the spot which I really appreciated. Regarding service, I can't say anything negative either. They reminded me of an inspection interval I would otherwise have forgotten, gave me an appointment on the next day and were super quick once I arrived. They asked me to allow two hours, I was out of the door again much earlier. Overall a very good experience!

Be very aware before buying from them kahit distro sila. Other sub dealers would probably be better at service and quality checking per unit. Smooth sila sa sales, pero huge contrast when it comes to service and honesty. I got a unit that was possibly repainted at the front apron about 2.5” diameter (Baka may tama pa kaya binugahan), perhaps a spot job. With no apologies or anything, they resprayed it anyway, but said they wouldn’t replace the Vespa Sprint badge that they had to remove to fully spray the area and simply used an inferior double sided tape - parts of the decal naka angat. I would have to pay for a new badge, they said; but that was a new unit! Down the line, my unit had loose battery terminals. Result? Battery wasn’t charging; a dead battery down the road. If you look at “Makina’s” (Youtuber) video on the test Vespa, it broke down on EDSA and wouldn’t start; they found out it was a loose terminal. They sold me an overpriced Yuasa 3 times as much as I later found out. I had to buy it, I needed it ASAP to get home. No warranty of batteries on a brand new unit! Something’s wrong with the leadership in this company.

Great products. Bad service. Had to wait 2 hours just to find out they’re out of stock on what i need. Also had complaints on my vespa they just shrug off as normal without even checking.

Considering they are the official distributors of Vespa Philippines, their service division needs a lot of improvement.
