Facilities are not new. Some of the nurses here had a terrible service. My most unforgettable two weeks confinement and your money is not worth paying for.

Expensive for locals, cheap literally and figuratively for expats and rich locals. (Manage expectations as there's hardly any choice in this island) Inconsistent service and doctors always do rounds late and lab results are not fast enough as medically ideal.

I went with a friend to do a minor procedure. the place is nice compared to many Filipino hospitals but still not up to American standards in nearly every way. the cost was really minimal. although we ran around between different rooms too much, getting a doctor / nurse in the non-emergency situation was pretty fast. the nurses' work was satisfactory and he answered our questions and concerns.

Brought my daughter in for a high fever she's had for 6 days. They wont treat her until they get a urine sample, but shes dehydrated. An IV would let her pee but they don't have any vacancy to give her an IV. So we had to leave untreated and the doctor won't see her until he/she gets the tests results. What a terrible concept.

My sister was admitted in this hospital and the doctor who attended her was extremely RUDE! She will file a complaint and you must take it seriously! I will not mention any name but this must serve a red flag to you guys.
