Show room is small and not all vehicle lineup are shown rather only 3 types of vehicles are on display. It's old showroom and a lot of work to be done for an update. Staff are not really accommodating. Wifi speed is very slow.

This is Central Mindanao's only Mitsubishi dealership. Being that said, expect long queues for sales and service. While customer service is top-notch, their vehicle servicing needs improvement and more check and balance. They once forgot to car wash my car after its periodic service. Transparency also needs some work, as the Cctv at their work area is not working, and there is no way to check off the required jobs were done, as only one mechanic works on your vehicle, unlike other brands where teams do the job to ensure quality.

you have to secure your apointment before you bring your car for service..don't forget to tel the guard that you have the apointment..or else he will give you a ticket for walk-in..
