Came here to pick up the Strada. Great place and great ambiance. The dealership observed health protocols and there's a lot of area for us to hang out while waiting. I was actually able to do some work on my laptop. Not sure though if they have free WiFi.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for 11AM (even went to the branch a week before to schedule it), upon arrival no one assisted me, I approached a rep and he told me to wait for my turn. After a whole hour and a half passed by, I decided to complain - they told me they had gone on lunch break. They did not even bother to inform me about it, if I had not complained I would have not known that they would resume operations until after 1pm.

Conveniently located along C5 catering to customers in Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pateros, and even some Rizal areas. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. They should not entertain walk-ins if they will have them wait for more than 4-5hrs. During these challenging times when customers are hard to come by excellent service is paramount.

Don't get your vehicle serviced here! Except entering their service center and getting assurance of service, nothing can be called as a good experience.. 1- Booked service online around 7-8 days in advance but they didn't have any detail 2- Short of staff 3- Around 30-40 min for someone to assist even with less customers and reaching around 9:30 AM 4- Wasn't told about parts being changed in advance. Only when service was over and I had no option but to accept their charges 5- Worst one was the car wasn't even washed. I asked 3-4 times and it was always a yes.. I could see stains/dirt. So the person asked to clean it again.. Took 10 min to wash and I could see the person was just showering water and nothing else. When I checked going there, found out that they were also doing their personal bike cleaned. If you would spend 50% of labor, soap, time and water, i didn't have to pick up cloth myself and clean the car My suggestion is to avoid this place and go to another service station maybe 4-5 kms far but better customer service and value for money.. By way, it costed over 2.5k of labor charge for 4 hours of work even though it was so dissatisfactory..
