On 7 July 2020 i had my fuzion serviced. i paid the bill in cash but before i left, Mr. Michael Peralta said that he wanted to see the bill again. he said that he made a mistake in the service amount as the bill indicated P1.00. i was asked to pay additoonal P1,326.48. when i reviewed the receipt of payment i found out that the P2,000 i advanced for the knuckle bearing was not indicated in the bill. the cashier does not want to return my cash as she said it was already cut off. Mr. Michael Peralta said he will file for a refund for me and call me when i can pick up the check. i waited and waited but i never received a call from Mr. Peralta. i decided to call up diamond motors to make a follow i was referred to Mr. Denmark David Non, Customer Relations Officer who requested me to send a letter requesting for the refund. i sent my letter on september 23, 2020. despite frequent follow ups all he could say is that the check is awaiting final approval. it’s been a month, and the refund has not been released. i am posting this issue as the CRO cannot help me. i hope somebody can help.

Very bad service. After all the hassles, was waiting for my unit for release but when 6pm striked, they said (Finance department) that office is already close so have to go back the following day. Manager and agent had no powers to give the service clients should get. What kind of client servicing do you practice? They said I have to play by their rules. Never again with this branch!
