I must say that the services of Zephyr Engineering (Aircon Services) doesn't deserve to have 5 stars. for 2 DISAPPOINTING reasons. 1. Staff / Customer Services people DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO answer properly and respectfully. they answer improperly and BASTOS. they speak to the clients as if these clients are not paying them for their services. i can name 3 staffs who does that ( i will; say it in the right and proper time) .. these are 3 girls whom i would really like to call the owner's attention to please teach them proper speaking, perhaps putting them on a training for public speaking. and also when you say that a technician will come for a service, please make sure that they come on the said date! not 4 days after and not even after several follow-ups. Alot of my referred friends/clients complains about these girls who answers in properly. i don't think this is RIGHT! we as your clients have the right to say these things. i hope there will be actions on this matter. 2. the aircon that your company installed in my home is not functioning well. its hot and everytime the technician would come they would say that nothing is wrong but (technically) there is!! so i think some of your technicians are not properly trained for that kind of job.
