Long wait times unless you're lucky. Their website does not give accurate information on what requirements to bring for new applications so you may end up having to go back at a later date.

I applied for renewal and an iPhone 7 plus (Rose) last Aug 2017. Up to now I do not have my unit. They called me sometime Sep and told me the unit they got was defective. They called me again last Oct 24 to tell me they only have a Gold unit. I told them I want Rose - I waited this long already. Up to now they haven't called me back. It has been 3 months since I applied!!! Do I have to wait for New Year!!!

Horrible service. I am from USA and they did not treat me well. They didn't have the pocket WiFi in Stock and refused to call another store to see if they had it in Stock. They made me wait a long time 30 minutes or more just to tell me they couldn't help me. Americans, don't bother with this store.
