Same as any other train station except that its quite dangerous and steep the walkway is too narrow. When going here, attentiveness is a must. Always remember: Left side is going to north ave. Right side is going to taft ave. Mind the pathway it is narrow Mind the gap between the train and yellow lane And be aware of your surroundings Keep safe everyone

It would take some figuring out to know which exit/entry to take.
It is gruesome to ride in this MRT station during rush hours. Usually when train stop by during rush hour, it is already full, not to mention the long queue. People coming out of the train are just few so only few passenger can get in the train. The area is also uncomfortable and you'd be sweating since it has no sufficient ventilation.

The long climb up the stairs makes this a bit of a hike. The washroom inside the gate makes it useable only to commuters. Northbound trips were said to start at 5:30 am. The guard stopped people from descending to the platform even after 5:30 am. The cashier and the guard at the gate politely reminded me that the northbound train doesn't arrive until 5:30, which was nice. The fare from shaw to kamuning was 16.00 pesos. Minimum regular fare. The experience wasn't anything special. First train arrived at 5:45 am. Wouldn't recommend using the metro rail transit as a form of transport to the weak of heart. People with asthma and medical conditions may also want to use other modes of transport as well. Efficient, but taxing. This was a commute on Sunday.
I loved this place because it has many ladder. You can go to the left side of shaw or right side. It is really convenient!!!
The MRT Shaw Blvd Station has one of the biggest foot traffic in the MRT line. Popular malls such as Shangrila, Starmall and Greenfield are accesible from the station via elevated pedestrian walkways and footbridges. The sprawling SM Megamall is less than 100 meters away.
