The WORST experience I have ever had with a company, which is saying a lot bc I own a Samsung device. (Never buy a Samsung product.) I ordered service on April 6. Never heard from them. I applied a 2nd time online. No response. I went through an agent that works at my place of residence and FINALLY got the ball rolling. I sent in all the required documents they asked for but on or about April 10th they CANCELLED my application for NO VALID REASON and NEVER RESPONDED to let me know they had cancelled. April 17 I called in to ask when they were coming to hook up the wifi and they told me they would let me know in 24-48 hours. I was a little pissed to say the least. After talking to several uneducated people they finally told me that my application was cancelled a week prior to the conversion. Get this though... the amount of time I spent on the phone with PLDT I was able to stand in line for a Starbucks, drink most of my drink at Starbucks, walk across the street to Sky Cable/Wifi, order my service and walk half way home before the call was finished. Sky told me 3 to 5 days. They were here on April 21. Their wifi was hooked up BEFORE I got the automated email and text message that my PLDT application from April 6 had been cancelled, (again April 21st more than 2 weeks later...) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this scam of a company. Google Sky Wifi if you want NO HASSLES and FAST INTERNET or Google Converge Wifi if you want to save some money. They have cheaper plans but cannot vouch for their service but Sky does have no hassles, fast hook up, fast internet for the same price s PLDT.

Super bulok. Super duper bulok. More than 1 month no landline and internet yet they still can't resolve it dahil kulang daw sila ng tao. Come on. Kung walang tao e d magsara nalang kayo. Is that reason?? You get my money without giving me any service?? Kung di kayo kukuha ng labor for technicians para saan pa na bukas kayo. So stupid. So so stupid. Sasabihin ng call center wala silang magawa so sino ang dapar kausapin? Number 10 priority for 2 weeks already. Pwede bang priority 1M para mapuntahan na???!!
