I've live in an estate by NLI now for 3 years. I regret selecting this place. The location is awesome the view I have is fabulous. I did not have NLI build my home THANK GOD. The issue is the NLI is a dismal failure with customer service. In the 3 years we have had 2 Homeowners meetings. None of the issues brought to their attention were resolved. Safety is not a consideration the use when making a decision. They refuse to provide information to the homeowners. There is always an excuse. My recommendation to all is DO NOT buy a home from NLI you will be disappointed
