Not yet finished, and it shows with few lane markings and random construction blockages. It is smooth north of Ste. Mesa, but they changed the lanes from their original design south of there and the lanes make a funny noise when your tires run over the old lane markers (which are now scrubbed up). When they finish, they need to repave the south portion. But overall, it is a great time saver to not have to sit in stop/go traffic or at traffic lights.

Skyway Stage 3 Project is an elevated tollway that will connect South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) to the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX). Upon its completion, it is expected decongest traffic at Edsa and other major road arteries of Metro Manila.
