We got a missing item!!!! We are very disaapointed. They put a used masking tape inside instead. Our item is worth 888 2 PC's. dino green gas with silicone. It was delivered by Jesus alboleras here in Cebu City he even took pictures when I opened the pouch.

So Terrible. Delivery man just turned of his phone when I tried to call him for just requiring my item. hahaha .. and it does not make sense that they just work until 3pm..;;;; most of workers are working until 5 or 5:30 pm.. how can they get their parcels ,?? so Amazing company
Beware! worst delivery partner. Changed/swapped the items I've ordered especially if you already paid the item beforehand I paid thru Gcash then I received a cheap and totally different item. From a car charger to an egg whisker!
Dunno bout you Bruvs but it's been 2 years and I receive all my orders fine sometimes delayed or late but I understand them.
If you're going to hire people to be your couriers. I suggest you manage them well or just simply have them on a training or seminar. We have just experienced a really rude courier this morning and instead of following directions, he insisted on following what he wants. take note that WE'RE PAYING THE DELIVERY FEES. So should we be treated rudely for the worth of around 150php? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I ordered a face mask amounting to 127.80 only. A courier called me about my delivery but I'm not available by that time. Since I already requested my daughter to pay the package, she just ask the courier on how much the the said package. The courier responded and asked for 1,028.00 pesos. My daughter is in a hurry because she is busy doing some homework and she never check the amount stipulated the package. As I arrived home, and asked about the package, my daughter was surprise and learned that the amount is only 127.80. I called LEX PH office at around 5pm but no one answers their phone which their office closes at 9pm as registered in their details. Even until now, I'm expecting their response but no to avail. I am going to report this to the authority and exert legal action.
Good thing that there is still a 1 star to rate for their services. If only I can manually rate this, your Riders deserve a NO STAR rating! SO INCOMPETENT!!!
Delivery marked as failed without the courier even contacting me. They gave me 12 hours to opt for a re-delivery but cancelled it anyway after 2 hours. Trash, never trust these guys.
