Teller is not professional seems like they dont want to help customer understand their prices. Numbers provided to customer wasn't followed. The lady infront of me got #11, and i got #12, but there's a man between us (man's #11.5). waited for 5 hrs and this is what i got. I hope they can give sympathy to their customer. This is not the service that i would like to have specially im working as a customer service and has experience as a shipper in a shipping company. I know everybody is exhausted because of the pandemic but thats not an excuse to provide outstanding service.if they are not competent enough to do their job they should atleast stay home and let other employees provide a better service for your company's sake. i hope you can change my mind in the future and give you 5 stars instead of one so please convince me.

Poor customer service, most of the time they are rude to clients. My wife had a lot of bad experiences here during the covid situation, slow assistance and they have a cutoff time earlier than usual with only a few clients served.
I have had a bad experience with this (money remittance of LBC). Early this year (2017), my relatives transferred from WU to LBC. So the first time was okay. I received the money in Market-market BGC branch. I'm nearest to the branch near 7/11 in M.L Quezon Street in Lower Bicutan. So I went there for my second LBC transaction. I had to go back twice in this branch because they say that the tracking number I presented was invalid. I had to contact my relatives in Europe the other day because of the time difference. The tracking number was correct. I went there for the second time but still to no avail. I just thought maybe the money hasn't been forwarded yet so I just waited for another day. Before going there the next day, I called the main office of LBC and they said the money is already ready for pickup in any branch. I went back in this branch but the agents still say that my tracking number can't be found. I had to call back in their hotline and opted to transfer the receiving branch to LBC SM Bicutan. It's really terrible! So much hassle. Now I'm currently using the service of Mlhuilier. Way much better than LBC
