What makes Irvins Salted Egg Chips different compared to local salted egg chips in PH (which I also like btw) is the thinness of the chip's cut. It's probably the thinnest i've had but still filled with savoury goodness! I like how there are a lot of tiny spice bits which makes it even tastier and ads a unique flavour and not just pure saltiness. It has a barbecue aroma which is very inviting and will give you endless cravings at night

I discovered salted egg potato chips from Filipino food sellers. I found out later that the best one is Irvins based in Singapore and now has opened pop-up shops in the Philippines in Megamall and Bonifacio High Street. The chips are light and full of rich salted egg flavor. It makes me feel I’m not ingesting too much calories because of the chips’ lightness and thinness.
