This footbridge is near the offices of North Tollways Corporation and allows pedestrians to cross Edsa near the Balintawak Cloverlead Interchange. There is no other way for pedestrians to cross Edsa near the interchange without this footbridge. The barangays opposite each other across Edsa are industrial areas and are heavily populated. The footbridge is also adjacent transport terminals.
