As a customer I'm very unsatisfied with their response time. We pay their rediculously high electricity rates, one of the highest in the world, and yet we still have to put up with constant brown outs and slow service. Customer service says 2-4 hours after power interruptions, really is that the best you can do? They either don't have enough employees or they keep repairing their screwed up lines. And it's always the customer's who has to suffer the consequence of their inefficiencies.
