Fernando V Gonzaga SID #439206180101 Add 00004FR Calumpang Binangonan Rizal. Meralco Angono customer service STINKS. Our servce entrance conduit was down by typhoon Ulysses. We completed application and installation of new service entrance on 18 Nov. Meralco inspection 25 Nov (7 days). Findings were corrected 27Nov. Several calls were made to 16211 (no action not even a return call for status). Visited Angono 02Nov. Was informed our connection is approved and will schedule connection. Today, 05 Nov 240PM wala parin kami power fromMeralco. That's Meralco's BEST SERVICE. I can't imagine papano.ang bad service. Your service rep at the last counter or right most, young looking guy (or neophyte) is not familiar with Meralco meter installation procedure. You should tell him customers do not install meters and seal.
