I choose to pay our electric bill at this branch because they are fast and efficient.. no long lines..
meralco angono is a very bad office, the manager unfriendly .
I just asked a meralco staff if they still allow partial payments (promissory). She said that, o we don't do that anymore on regular bills\. I replied, \so what kind of bills do you honor partial payments?\ Then she answered.....etc. Me: Okay. You used to do that before. Staff: Dati pa po yun. 2019 na po ngayon (in a sarcastic tone!!) I am asking politely because I don't know that it's been change. Please don't answer me as if I'm working in Meralco and I should know everything including when you change your procedure or whatnot!! I wouldn't have asked in the first place if I know, and if every people knew you shouldn't be working there.

If may mababa pa sa 1 star, yon ang score nila. Many times ko na natarayan ang kanilang mga cashier, for example nagpang abot ang bill, kahit wla pa sau physical bill gusto nila bayaran mo lahat. And ayaw nila tanggapin pag hindi fully paid. Kulang na lang isampal ko pera sa kanila, masyado silang gahaman compare sa ibang meralco business center.
