M.D. Curtains and Covers

I had 2 covers for our daybed mattresses and 3 pillows and pillowcases made by M.D. Curtains & Covers sometime March 2019 and, suffice to say, am very disappointed with everything! Our daybed covers have a lousy fit. Lack of fabric to snugly fit the entire mattress. The fabric that we chose for the daybed mattresses was not followed. The owner Maricel just changed it without informing us. She didn't have the decency to advise us that the first fabric we chose was out of stock. If I haven't noticed that the fabric used for the 3 pillowcases were not a match with the fabric of the covers of the daybed mattresses and called her attention, she would not have disclosed what she did. Maricel promised me that the correct fabric would be available from her supplier the second week of May and she would make us new covers for the daybed mattresses to make up for her mistake. But it's already June 5 and she hasn't even called, texted nor pm-ed to update me. It has been getting harder and harder for her to answer my calls and respond to my texts and pms since I called her attention on the lousy job/product. If there was a rating below 1 star, I would click that. So, would I recommend her company, her services? A big No!!!
