Came here today for the \free\ service but the service advisor will inform you that they have to charge you for brake cleaner since its not included. Also the aircon anti bacteria spray is not free. Suddenly your 3yr free service promo is not free after all. There is no service vehicle to get you somewhere while they service your vehicle for 4hrs. Other car dealers offer this so customers can go to a mall to pass the time.

After a thorough analysis of the problem, worn out/defective parts were replaced with corresponding genuine parts. Problem solved after 2 check ups. Ride is like new with my M2. Great job Mazda Pasig!
I bought my Mazda2 on January 2016. There’s no plate available yet until this time. I don’t really know what’s going on. I completed their Yojin program and yet the plate number still pending. Unluckily, my sales agent was reassigned to another dealers location. Follow up. My plate number released sometime on December 2019..

Staff are great (absolutely the best), management not so......the management has no visibility and leave everything to the staff who do a great job considering the processes they have to work with. Their processes are not customer focused at all

Staffs are courteous and accommodating. For insurance claims, you may ask for Diego or Rolan. For maintenance and services, look for Marthy. Good job guys!
