Mazda North EDSA looks great from the street but the service department looks like a small low budget independent auto repair shop. They have limited inventory and rely on Quezon Avenue Mazda for parts. They quoted 92,000 for a part that sells for 1/2 that price in Australia, Japan, North America and Thailand. They also never contacted me the next day as promised after taking my tel # (Mobile & landline) and e-mail address. I got the work done promptly elsewhere. If you need Mazda service, it is worth fighting traffic to go Asia Motors (formerly Otis Mazda) in Paco, Manila! Asia Motors is a Ssang Yong dealership but still services Mazda vehicles.

Most of these reviews were obviously forged. Who the hell goes to a car dealer and rates their lounge and restroom? Anyway, the staff here are very unprofessional. Asked me for a reservation fee then never updated me on the status of my application for 3 freaking months! I had to visit them personally to withdraw my purchase and reservation fee which took them another 2 months to refund lol. Went to Ford Cainta right after who only took 2 days to process my application. Got my car on the 3rd day. Negative stars for this greedy bunch!
If you love Mazda, DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICE. The service is ABBYSMAL. The CROs are very RUDE AND LIARS. The Technicians don't know how to do their jobs. The Manager is nowhere to be found. They don't even show regret of their failure to do their jobs. They refused to apologize for their incompetence at first and still showing arrogance! I have to be angry at them and yell hard! I asked them to write a formal apology (picture as shown), which they did eventually after I went hysterical about their attitude, arrogance and incompetence. They had a spacious, comfortable, and clean lounge area. The restroom was also quite nice. Service was excellent!

I tried this service center one time and it turned out to be a bad idea. I had a battery indicator appearing on my dashboard and brought my unit to this branch. I told the North EDSA guys that it may be an alternator problem. When they checked it out, they ruled out an alternator problem and asked me to pick up the car the following day. When I picked up my unit, it wouldn't start; it was completely dead. They analyzed my car again the following day and they eventually told me it was an alternator problem. The alternator had to be replaced, and so I did. When I picked up my car after they installed the new alternator, my unit was dirty (they obviously didn't bother to clean it up) and it was covered in tree sap. I didn't go back to this service center since then.
Very responsive but bottomine, like the rest of the dealerships, theyvcannot permanently fix ticking, squeaking, grinding, tok noises of Skyactiv models.
