Excellent service but I do hope you can give your clients definite time of service. Nonetheless it's been a month or two since you have repaired my air-con units and uptill now they are still in superb conditions unlike before from my previous air-con contractor. More power guys.

Thank you premiere for being honest. Was quoted for recharging of Freon with the amount of 6,000.00. I have it recheck by premiere and they had a different findings. It turns out my unit only needed to be clean and have its capacitor replace and was only charge with 2,000.00.

I have them fix my air-con unit which I thought needed to be replace as per assessments from other air-con technicians. They have manage to have it operational so I have them maintained all my air-con unit at home and at my office. One thing to improve on them is they sometime fail to comply to a definite time of service. I'am sometimes rescheduled on the next day of the actual service although they notify me beforehand. Keep up the good work guys.

Atleast be somehow accurate with the time estimates that you’re giving with your clients or update them if you cant commit. You’ve given us a schedule of a check-up tomorrow and assured us to give updates in the morning but then come tomorrow, lunch time and still didn’t received any calls. I called them and they said “reschedule na lang tomorrow kasi nasa novaliches pa sila”. Naghhintay pala kami sa wala.

Poor service. Ofelia kept on rescheduling me for 2 weeks. I waited for their technicians on the scheduled days but I just waited for nothing. According to her, the client before me extended. I’ll be rescheduled for a third time. Scheduling aircon cleaning with Top Premiere is a waste of time and is very stressful. The incompetent staff obviously does not value clients and it’s not good for a business.
