Unbelievably unhelpful. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Basically it seemed like they had a single bike in stock. My advice would be, go elsewhere.

So far my favorite bike shop in town. Prices are good, they give discounts, friendly staff, skilled mechanic, fast transaction, you name it. Unfortunately their store is small and can only accommodate few people at a time. Still worth buying from here naman.
