My wife spent hours preparing an application for a Korean visa, and was repeatedly given false information by this unreliable agency to the point that her application was denied. The agency doesn't even understand how to fill out a simple visa application from the official government of the country you're applying to (something I would argue is literally their one job). Any information they give you about the application process is most likely outdated and almost definitely incorrect. I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy. Completely unreliable, and they try to make the absolute minimum amount of effort possible while taking your money, rather than focusing on the desired result (a successful visa application).
