I hope the area will improve. Chairs are not in good condition, lightings are not enough and some need to be fix and replace. With the staff they are organize and well trained.
One of the most organized MARINA office in National Capital Region. Just bring your own uniform for those getting their SIRB. For the rest, wear long pants, shoes, and collared polo shirts. Very friendly staff are situated here. Make sure to check MISMO account after transacting to have it updated.

Flow of Processes for New Application, Renewal, and Releasing extremely require improvements. Online processing is a great suggestion to minimize hassles on both customers and employees. Especially for those seafarers who are 'renewing' their SIRB. There are also times when some customers experience delay in claiming their SIRB on the actual releasing date(clearly indicated on their receipt) due to occurrences of missing files on their releasing records. Customer Service: 5/10 as some employees are very unprofessional - unapproachable (probably due to tension and poor area ventilation on certain times of the day.) The place can get too crowded most of the time so bringing children is not advisable. I hope the Philippine Government can finally lay their eyes in improving all departments by continuously adapting technologies in upgrading its internal processes as they greatly affect the rest.
