4 years ago my Cat died because the staff are not really taking care my cat. They just want money. They look nice the facility but seems they don't really have heart for animals.

This is definitely a go-to place for pet care and pet medical services if you are near Markina. Though the hospital only admits cats and dogs, their facility is impressive and looks top-tier. Not to mention their very accommodating staff.

From my daughter: I would like to express my disappointment with your service. My dog got run over by a car on January 8 and I brought her to your hospital on January 9. You would not admit her because she did not have an appointment. This is very disappointing because it is not like we can schedule her getting hit by a car. Additionally, your receptionist was rude overall and did not move with haste. I believe my dog's case was an emergency and you did not attend to it. You had the audacity to post that you will cater to EMERGENCY CASES SUCH AS HIT BY A CAR, as per your facebook post. It would be better if you took off the 24 hour vet facility in your profile to avoid false advertising. This is also applicable for your emergency room ad for it is like your \hospital\ does not know the true meaning of the word emergency. This is not the first time that I have had troubles with your \hospital\. My shih tzu died because no one would attend to him before 8 in the morning so you really cannot say that you are a 24 hour veterinary service.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED with this vet! We usually have our dog go here for his check ups, vaccines, etc. bc it is near our place but our dog was in an emergency situation (swollen face, panting a lot, turning very pale), but they were so HEARTLESS!!!! We were begging for them to just check him really fast and tell us what medicine to give and we’ll buy it outside but they completely pushed us away. SHAME ON THIS HOSPITAL. I don’t think it should even be called a hospital bc a true hospital accepts emergencies!! And don’t tell me about your fb post stating the emergency cases you accept, if you see a dog struggling and don’t accept them, their blood is on your hands. You might have a nice set-up, but you should fix the way you care for animals because that’s what MATTERS MOST!

I bought my dog here several times. Their services are incomparable to all the veterinary clinics that I have been to. My dog needs to undergo surgery (2x) and they successfully did it. The veterinarians are caring and will do their best to make your pet feel better. A bit pricey for some services but they are worth it. Down side is there are times when there are so much pets waiting that you will have to wait more than 2 hours for your turn. I hope they can accept scheduled check-ups over the phone so busy owners can set aside time for their pet's visit or follow-up check-ups. I am happy that this hospital is continuously getting good reviews. They deserve it!

Complete facilities but waiting time is very long (no kidding). Best to arrive 30mins before they open. You don’t get to have the same vet check on your pet as well if you need to come back for check-ups. They gave my dog branded maintenance meds for enlarged heart. But they started not to sell those and, apparently, these were not readily accessible in the country. They told me to buy meds for humans instead. The point of prescribing maintenance meds would be to administer them long-term\u200d️
