Awful service. 3 hours waiting time outside shop as no waiting area. Was told there was a queue...especting 1hour tops..3 hours later asked him how much longer and was rude saying another 3 hours... 6 hours just to remove a screw with a broken head from a kawsaki carburettor !! unprofessional... They should tell customers how many waiting in queue so they can come back later as really hot waiting outside with no shade from heat. Also they served customers who arrived later than me and I could see the technicians pocketing tips.. So forget an orderly queue!
