They came to fix the air compressor on my water dispenser. They came about 2 hours late (traffic... when is there not traffic?). Not only did they not finish the job, they melted the front of the dispenser AND they burned my wood floor! They're still dodging my requests for help to get the job finished and the floor repaired...

The technicians are very professional and courteous. Excellent service except for being on time. It's understandable that the technicians are late due to the inclement weather but still, they should strictly follow the booked schedule.

Very very very poor service. Not even worth 1 star. They made me wait the whole day. I had planned to go to the hospital, instead I wasted my whole day. Appointment time was 10 am. When they didn’t arrive, I called to follow up. They sent their tech to another client on my appointed time. By 12, still no show & by 2, I just decided to cancel. DO NOT GET THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY. They will make you wait & waste your time for nothing! WORTH 0 Stars!!!
