An institution here in Cagayan de Oro. The new Hospital Building has decently sized rooms, beds aren't comfortable, then again no hospital bed is. But is known for not paying nurses well, so don't expect happy and accommodating faces when you pay a visit. Parking is spacious but very narrow, not advisable for family SUVs or pick-up trucks.

Supposed to no star at all. Takes full day to calculate your bill. Very bad service. Private hospital that renders the service equivalent or even worst than public hospital. They will treat you as if you don't pay. The management system sucks.. I want them all FIRED!!!!!!!!

A complete failure. Even with my brothers high alkaline phosphate, they did not do any treatment. ERCP was ordered on the 9th day already, too late. They don't deserve a star but I cant post without a star so please save your love ones life, bring them into some other Hospital.Since my brothers insurance coverage was from America, they kept my brother for a long time for a bigger reimbursement. They care about the money more than the patient. WE CAN NOT SAVE OUR BROTHER, PLEASE SAVE YOUR LOVE ONES, and find care somewhere else.
