We didn't receive any disconnections notice and they immediately cut-off our water connection. Bill are not promptly delivered and messenger does not inform that there's a bill delivered. Does MW do not care that were in Pandemic that we need to frequently wash our hands. Tama si Duterte you don't care.. It's all money.
