Friendly neighborhood Korean grocery store owned by a kind Korean couple. It is here where transients in the nearby condominiums buy their steaming hot morning cup of coffee and breakfast. Famous Korean Ramens are available in different flavors. You can find my favorite ice cream here, Melona in different flavors.

나는 이곳 상점 이름이 Van & Joe Convenience Store(편의점) 인줄 몰랐다. 한국에서는 이렇게 작은 상점을 \구멍가게(gumuong gakea)\라고한다. 직역하자면 \구멍\은 hole 이고 \가게\는 shop 이다. 골목에 작은 상점이라는 뜻인데 이곳 문패가 \구멍가게\라 한국의 옛 기억이 납니다. 한국 상품과 필리핀 상품 모두를 갖추고 있어 진정한 식료품점이다. I didn't know the shop name of this place was Van & Joe Convenience Store. In Korea, such small shops are called \구멍 가게(gumuong gakea)\. Lit., \구멍\ is hole and \가게\ is shop. It means a small shop in an alley, but the nameplate here is a \구멍 가게\ so I remembered the my young age time of Korea. It is a true grocery store with both Korean and Filipino products.-
