Contact tracing and menu are all now online and there is no signal available inside of TGIF and the wifi hasn't been working since February 2021. So you need to download the menu and Bistro BFF card info before you go or you will not be able to use them. TGIF prices have always been exorbitant compared to other venues in the mall so this was most likely my last visit.

We were over charged over 2,600 pesos!!!! Thats 52.00 U.S. Yes I am American married to a Filipina. The waitress told us to "not pay attention to the bill" She expected me to pay without even looking at it and tried some JEDI mind trick on me. When we asked her why it was so much, she hurried back to the manager at the cash register, and he generated a new bill minus: The double drinks, minus the extra salad dressing, minus the936 peso tips, minus: the TGIF BISTRO card. Absolutely no doubt they tried to cheat us, and they were all in on the scam!!!! P.S. the rib eye was a breakfast steak, tough as shoe leather and the TGIF menu was completely different then we have known for years.
I vist this branch few times a month. I believe their service is not consistent. The staff and very nice and polite but the service is usually slow and to be honest even as a regular customer it's hard to get the attention of the person serving your table. Altho the are clean and have a nice ambiance . The smell coming from smoking area is disturbing. Food quality is good and the salad is always fresh .
I like it. All stuff are friendly and welcoming you. Food is good also. Only if improve air condition it will be perfect.
Had a great light lunch at TGi Fridays # Robinsons Place Manila (Ermita). My server was Mat, aided by Erly. They were very friendly, courteous and always "Johnny-on-the-spot" with drinks napkins and anything else we needed. The food was delicious and prepared wonderfully. I had the Salmon and it was sooooo tender and juicy and full of flavor. My parents had the Fish and Chips (nicely crispy outside, soft fluffy inside) and Calamari Salad (full of deliciousness). Supporting Mat and Erly were the three lovely managers Mam Kim, Bernadette and Nora. All three were eagle-eyed, watching over their restaurant and made sure every guest was enjoying their meal and surroundings. Unfortunately, where we live (in Negros Occidental and Leyte), there are no TGi Friday's). So we are only able to visit Manila about once/twice a year to enjoy. But every time we do, it's always a great time. Thanks!!!
This my favorite place. I love the food especially the best seller salad "Jack fruit salad"and the in house juice Mango Tango. Overall area is nice and clean. Employees nice too. I love to dine in here more often.
Good food, nice ambiance and friendly staff.
