We live near this place and my boyfriend has been enjoying the skate park well enough. People are friendly and crowd him, it is safe for children and there are many official community activities done on the park.

Usually too crowded (partly because of poor design in regards to layout and resting space), weird transitions, and kind of falling apart... But, that being said, it's one of the better concrete setups (that probably would have been better with it being a more overtly diy, piece-by-piece type of affair, like Pelota skatepark down in BF Resorts) here in the Philippines. Relatively safe and clean ( elatively\ being the operative word), and at least a spot that's jeep/trike/taxi free (though it'd be nice if the random street kids and people didn't try to use it as a park park, they still usually move if you ask, so it's whatever).
Great skatepark, is very lively and has a great atmosphere. Lots of obstacles including some downrails, flatbars, hips, hubbas and a snakerun. Bowl is very good too! However the flow of the skatepark is kinda bad as there is poor choice of placements of the obstacles. Signs of wear everywhere around the skatepark - lots of cracks and rusting around the obstacles. With that said, you can still manage to find a fun session here surrounded by the homies haha

Good Place to Skate with no entrance fee
Nice to hang out with friends and family.
The place is under renovations
A free skate park but the one thing i hated is in the afternoon there's so many kids playing inside the skate park higher chances the children might get hit by a skateboader but STILL FREE AWESOME SKATE PARK
