The Wanderer

Apart from the Chinatown Welcome Arches ... there are some near by Chinese establishments & restaurants / cafe ( however most have closed down ) Nevertheless nothing else for tourists As I walked down the very busy street ... had street kids kept standing in my way - trying to get money ( this is my third time exploring this area of Manila - including walking past the arches each time - & the same situation each time )
