I was looking for a dentist that accepts HMO and this clinic was the nearest to me so I immediately contacted them. I was given a contact number incorrectly so I had to look it up further. They will ask you to sign up a form which I did, hoping that they will confirm my appointment asap. But it took them a solid 1 day to get back to me. I had to reconfirm my appointment as no one reached out to me. Up to this writing, they haven’t confirmed my appointment yet. It seems like they won’t treat you with urgency if you’re not paying cash. Not to mention their remark, “hay nako, hmo patients ah. Tsk tsk” just because they received a bad review from that patient. I’ve read that review before I decided to set up an appointment and give them a benefit of the doubt. HMO patients are still paying patients. Decided to just cancel my visit. I’m afraid that I will be treated unfairly just because I’m using my healthcard. I know you’ll reply to defend yourselves but it would be better if you take criticisms positively and consider it as a window of opportunity to improve your attitude towards your patients.
