I owe my culinary skills improvement to ISCAHM. I took a Certificate in Culinary Arts way back 2014, with 12 sessions spread in 3 months. I've learned so much, from the very basics of cooking (hygiene, quality check of ingredients, proper handling of kitchen untensils etc) to baking & creating different kinds of pastries and desserts. Our Chef professor (sir Danny) was a true culinary expert and effectively able to impart his knowledge and expertise to us his students through detailed discussions and guiding us very well during hands-on mise en place and actual baking. I wouldn't exchange my great experience in ISCAHM.
