Almost 1 month and my cargo has not yet arrived and no updates whatsoever. All they always say is "waiting for departure tomorrow". Comes tomorrow, they say the same thing. No reply in emails. I deserve to know the real status of my cargo. You are not specific with your update.

Cargo delay is to much.. waited way more than their estimated date of arrival. Too much hassle and supports are useless they gave vague updates about your cargo. Tracking feature on their website is also useless doesn't update accurately. Doesn't recommend their service.

Update: Well apparently their online updates and tracking are getting better. I hope you would incorporate an update system that would send us updates of cargoes and payments thru text messages.

I scheduled for a pick up service for my parcel on August 15 and they only came here August 19. Not only that, when I booked it, the cost of my shipping was only below PHP100, when they arrived, they told me it's PHP350. Very disappointed.

They received my cargo without telling us that my address is not serviceable. So I don't know if I can get my cargo. I contacted them and said I have to pick it up in their office which is 3hrs from my place. And they even ask me 6k for special delivery. Bad experience.

Have not received the shipment up until now Jan 6. And the shipment apparently arrived Dec 20 in Cebu. But they have not delivered. Their reason was bec of the typhoon. The typhoon happened last week of Dec na! Stupid excuse for a horrible, inefficient shipping service. And their hotlines are all busy or no one is picking up. Deeply disappointed!
